Pay Scale: Stiped on Rs. 51,500/- will be paid during the period of ADO apprentice period. Once they are promoted to Probationary Development Officer, they will be paid a higher Salary.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: The candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in India.
• Age limit: The applicant shall have completed 21 years of age (in completed years) and not more than 30 years of age (in completed years) as of 01.01.2023.

3.  Search for LIC Apprentice Development Officer Notification and click on Apply Online
4. Register in the portal using your valid mobile number and email id
5. Required Documents: Pass certificate/Provisional certificate of Graduation Examination.
6.  Upload the photograph, signature, Left Hand Thumb Impression.
7. After verification, pay the required application fee through online mode only.
8. Download the LIC ADO 2023 application form and save it for future reference.

Selection Process:

The LIC ADO selection will be based on online tests (prelims and mains), followed by a personal interview of the candidates who qualify in the online tests and subsequent pre-recruitment Medical examination.

LIC ADO 2023 will be conducted in three phases:

1. Prelims Exam
2. Mains Exam
3. Interview Process

LIC ADO Prelims Exam Pattern:

** English Language test will be of qualifying nature and the marks in English Language will not be counted for ranking.

LIC ADO Mains Exam Pattern:

1. LIC ADO Main Examination consisting of objective tests will be conducted online.
2. LIC ADO Main examination will consist of objective tests for 160 marks for a composite duration of 120 minutes.

Interview Process:

The prelims exam marks won’t be used for the Interview purpose. Only the marks obtained in the Main exam will be counted for shortlisting for the Interview. Maximum Interview marks is 40.

Final Merit List:

The marks obtained in the Main Exam + Interview will be considered for the Final merit listing of candidates.
