Executive Members of Bodo Kachari Welfare Autonomous Council EM List 2023

BKWAC EM List 2023: The BKWAC council was created for the Bodo communities outside the BTR region. The BKWAC comprises 14 members, of which 2 are Chairman and Dy. Chairman, another 2 are CEM and DyCEM, remaining 10 as Executive Members.

BKWAC – Bodo Kachari Welfare Autonomous Council Formation

The BKWAC autonomous council was created for the Bodos who live outside the Bodo Territorial Region (BTR).

Founded in 2020, the Bodo Kachari Welfare Autonomous Council (BKWAC) promotes the socio-economic development, education, and ethnic identity of the Boro Kachari people outside the Sixth Schedule Area of BTR. A temporary BKWAC was formed on 17th February 2021 and operates from Sanjari Nwgwr, Simen Chapori, Dhemaji as its Sub Office.

The Bodo Kachari Welfare Autonomous Council has appointed Sri Gambaru Muchahary as Chairman and Sri Srijwn Basumatary as Deputy Chairman.

Further, Sri Mihiniswar Basumatary is nominated as the Chief Executive Member (CEM) and Sri Romeo Narzary is nominated as the Deputy Chief Executive Member (Dy. CEM).
