The Basketball at the Goa National Games 2023 has kick off from 23 Oct and will continue till 28 Oct 2023 at Manohar Parrikar Indoor Stadium, Navelim in Margaon, Goa. Both men’s and women’s will compete in two Basketball formats 5X5 and 3X3.
A total of eight state teams divided into 2 groups A and B in both formats (men’s and women’s) will compete for the gold, silver and bronze.

The group stage matches of the Men’s and Women’s basketball tournament for the 5X5 format started on 23 Oct till 25 Oct 2023. So far, each team has played 3 matches. The Knockout matches may begin from 27 Oct with final matches on 28 Oct 2023.
Both Men’s and Women’s team has played 3 matches each in the 5×5 format. In the Men’s basketball tournament at the Goa National Games 2023, Punjab is leading the chart with 6 points in Group A and Tamil Nadu is leading in Group B with 6 points.
