National Overseas Scholarship Scheme for ST 2025-26 Notification
If you’re an ST student aiming for a Master Degree, Ph.D., or Post-Doctoral degree, the Indian Government is ready to turn your dream into reality with the fully funded NOS Scholarship 2025-26.
The Indian Govt, Ministry of Tribal Affairs has release an notification inviting ST students to apply for the NOS scholarship for helping talented individuals achieve academic and research excellence in abroad. A total of 20 seats are available under this NOS Scholarship scheme.
Eligible and interested candidates are encouraged to apply for the National Overseas Scholarship 2025 offered by the Government of India. The application process has already begun from 15th May 2025, and the last date to submit applications is 30th June 2025.
National Overseas Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:-
Education Qualification
- For Post-Doctoral: Ph.D. degree and 55% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Master’s degree.
- For Ph.D: 55% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Master’s degree.
- For Master’s Degree: 55% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Bachelor’s degree.
Age Limit
- For Master Degree, age should not be more than 32 years as on 1st July 2025
- For Ph.D age should not be more than 35 years as on 1st July 2025
- For Post Doctoral Research, age should not be more than 38 years as on 1st July 2025

- Click on the Signup button at the right corner of your device
- Read the detailed scheme guidelines
- Review the instruction manual available on the portal
- Click on Proceed and register yourself by providing your details- Register Here
- Upload the necessary/required documents and submit it
- Download the complete form and save it to your device
- Take a printout for future reference.
