Ishan Uday Scholarship Eligibility
Ishan Uday Scholarship Eligibility: As per the UGC guidelines, to be eligible for the Ishan Uday Scholarship for the North Eastern Region, the candidate must fulfill the below-mentioned eligibility criteria
- The candidate must be a 12th pass student with the domicile of NER from a school situated in NER through any recognized Board of Education, including CBSE, ICSE, and NIOS within NER
The candidate must have taken admission in general degree courses, technical and professional courses including medical and paramedical courses.
Note: Only first-year Undergraduate students are eligible to apply for the scholarship.

Ishan Uday Scholarship Apply Online: As per the North East Ishan Uday Scholarship 2023 Guidelines, all the eligible applicants are advised to submit their online application through National Scholarship Portal (NSP). Follow the below steps to complete the online application process:
- Go to the National Scholarship Portal @https://scholarships.gov.in/
- Click on New Registration to apply for the North East Scholarship 2023.
- Candidate must have a valid mobile number and Aadhaar card to continue the registration process
- Once the application process is completed candidates need to print the downloaded application for future use.
