The financial assistance for ST Plain students notification is out. Directorate of Welfare of Plains Tribes & Backward Classes under the Department of Tribal Affairs (Plain) has invited students for financial assistance who belong to the ST Plain community under the Special Incentive to ST (P) Meritorious Students for the year 2023-24. Special Incentive to ST(P) Meritorious Students Scheme 2023
“Special Incentive to ST(P) Meritorious Students” is a unique scheme for ST(P) students to provide financial grants to deserving ST(P) students who have secured 80% or above in Assam SEBA Class 10 Result 2023 or 75% or above in Assam AHSEC Class 12 Result 2023.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Special Incentive to ST(P) Meritorious Students Scheme, students need to fulfil certain criteria, as mentioned below:
- Students must belong to the ST (P) community of Assam.
- Students must have secured 80% or above in H.S.L.C. and 75% or above in the H.S. examination.
Note: This incentive will be awarded only to the deserving students who have secured the prescribed percentage of marks or grades in the last final exam of H.S.L.C. & H.S. 2023
