The United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) is a political party that was established on 5 August 2015 in Kokrajhar, Assam. Previously known as the Peoples Co-ordination for Democratic Right (PCDR), the party was led by former MP Urkhao Gwra Brahma. Its headquarters is located in Kokrajhar Town.

During Bodoland Territorial Council Election 2020, Pramod Boro led the United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) to victory and became the new Chief Executive Member.

The party’s flag comprises three colors – yellow, white, and green – and its symbol is “Tractor Chalata Kisan”. The UPPL party is in alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party.
