According to the AFC Champions League’s official website, the group-stage games will start on September 18. The competition will follow a home-and-away format with two matches. Following this, the knockout stage initiates with the round of 16 matches scheduled for February 12, 2024. Indian Team- Mumbai City Football Club (MCFC) has secured a spot in the AFC Champions League by winning in the additional play-off between the champions of the 2021-22 and 2022-23 Indian Super League seasons.
MCFC placed in Group D of the AFC Champions League 2023-24 group stage will begin its campaign on September 18. Representing the Indian Super League (ISL), they will start with a home match.
