Financial Assistance for SC Students 2023 Notification
The Financial Assistance to SC students by the Assam Government notification is out. The Directorate of Welfare of Scheduled Caste & Backward Classes, Assam, has invited applications from SC deserving boys and girls students to apply for financial support under the Special Incentive to SC Meritorious Students Scheme for the year 2023-24.

Financial Assistance Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the post-matric scholarship for scheduled caste students under the Special Incentive to SC Meritorious Students scheme, students need to fulfill certain criteria, as mentioned below:
- Students must belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) Community of Assam.
- Students must have secured 80% or Above in HSLC and 75% or above in the HSSSLC Examination.

Financial Assistance for Class 10 and Class 12 Passed SC Students: Under the Financial Support Scheme, the Assam government will provide Rs. 10,000 to deserving Class 10 and Class 12 pass-out students.
