Halicharan Narzary Assam: Halichara Narzary started playing football at a very young age he even represented his school team. After winning in the school leagues, he was called to the Kokrajhar SAI hostel to attend a trial. After that, he represented Assam at the U-16 National Championships in Mahilpur. Then scouts spotted his talent at the tournament and he was called up to the India U-16 squad, and he graduated to the India U-19 team.

Pailan Arrows currently known as Indian Arrows is the first professional club career for Halicharan Narzary. Pailan Arrows was an Indian development football club that was formed in 2010 by AIFF All India Football Federation. The Indian Arrows Football Club was formed to compete in the I-League Football Matches. Halicharan Narzary joined Pailan Arrows in the year 2010. After joining the club he played I-League matches for the Indian Arrows club against different teams.

  • After that, he made his debut in the India U23s in the AFC U-22 2013 Championship qualifiers on 25 June 2012 for Jeje Lalpekhlua against Iraq U23 by coming in as a 39th-minute substitute, which the score of 2–1 defeated India U23.
