Kankeswar Narzary Sports Excellence Award 2023: On the completion of 3 years of BTR Government celebrated the occasion with various events from 10 December to 15 December 2023 in Kokrajhar. On 14 December 2023, BTR Govt conferred the BTR Award of Excellence to the 100 best sportspersons of BTR with a citation and Rs 1 Lakh each, the 10 best sports clubs of BTR with a citation and Rs.5 Lakh each at Bodofa Cultural Complex.

The UPPL-led alliance BTR Government, under the leadership of Pramod Boro, chief executive member of Bodoland Territorial Region, came into power on 15 December 2020, with a commitment to providing dedicated human services and good governance in the region.
On 14 December 2023, Kankeswar Narzary Sports Excellence Award 2023 was distributed to the 100 best sports persons and 10 best sports clubs of BTR.

Kankeswar Narzary Sports Excellence Award 2023: On 14 December 2023, on the 3rd anniversary of the government of BTR, an award function at Bodofa Cultural Complex, Kokrajhar was addressed by CEM Pramod Boro and attended by EMs, MCLAs, MLAs, and other dignitaries. Kankeswar Narzary Sports Excellence Award 2023: To provide financial support to the best sportsperson and encourage the young players of the BTR region, the BTR Govt honored the BTR Award of Excellence to the 100 best sportspersons consisting of a citation and a cheque of 1 lakh each in connection with the completion of the 3rd year of the BTR government.

2. 10 Best Sports Clubs of BTR Felicitated with Rs 5 Lakh each
Kankeswar Narzary Sports Excellence Award 2023: A commendable initiative of the BTR Government to develop the sports sector. On the occasion of the 3rd Anniversary of the BTR Govt, the Office BTR government decided to honour the BTR Award of Excellence to the 10 Best Sports Clubs of BTR consisting of a cheque of 5 lakh and a citation. Also, the 3 best officials of each department of the BTR Govt will be honoring the BTR Award of Excellence 2023.
Peace, Healing, and Reconciliation Walk in Kokrajhar
The program followed by peace, healing, and reconciliation walk from the BTC Secretariat to KDSA Stadium from 03:30 PM to 5:30 PM will be led by the CEM Pramod Boro and will be participated by MPs, MLAs, EMs, leading citizens, leaders of various organizations, MCLAS, all officials/staff of BTC Secretariat including advisors/OSDs and BTR fellows, NGOs, all officers/staff of all departments of BTR including universities.
3rd Anniversary Celebrations of BTR in BTC Secretariat, Kokrajhar
In connection with the completion of 3 years of BTR Govt in the Office, CEM Shri Pramod Boro inaugurated the “Fountain of Peace” at the BTC Secretariat, Bodofa Nwgwr, Kokrajhar on 13 December 2023. The fountain will be an enduring reminder of peace & tranquility that has been ushered across the region.
