1. Manas National Park
Manas is the first national park in the BTR area, established in 1990, covering an area of 500 square kilometers. Manas was declared a UNESCO Natural Heritage Site, a Project Tiger Reserve, a Biosphere Reserve, and an Elephant Reserve in Assam. Later, it was officially recognized as Manas National Park.
Manas National Park is situated in the Chirang and Baksa districts within the BTR. Manas is managed by the Assam Forest Department. The park is divided into three ranges: the Panbari Range, the Basbari Range, and the Bhuiyapara Range.

2. Raimona National Park
Raimona, located in the Kokrajhar district, is the sixth national park of Assam and a must-visit destination in Bodoland. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced the creation of Raimona National Park on 5th June 2021, and it was officially declared a national park on 9th June 2021.
Situated in the Gossaigaon subdivision of Kokrajhar district, under the BTR of Assam, Raimona National Park is known for its population of golden langurs. It became the sixth national park in Assam and the second in Bodoland, following Manas National Park.

3. Sikhna Jwhwlao National Park
Sikhna Jwhwlao National Park is the third national park in the BTR and the eighth national park in Assam. Located in the Chirang and Kokrajhar districts of BTR, the park spans 321.90 square kilometers. It is part of the Greater Manas Conservation Landscape and connects with four other regional park. The Assam government officially notified the park during a Cabinet meeting on 16th February 2025.
Sikhna Jwhwlao National Park is dedicated to preserving the region’s rich biodiversity, wildlife, and ecosystems. It is home to 460 species of butterflies and rare animals like the golden langur, the Great One-Horned Rhino, and the Royal Bengal Tiger.
