1. The Assam Cabinet expresses sincere gratitude to the Hon’ble Prime Minister for his invaluable guidance and support in making the Advantage Assam 2.0 Summit a resounding success.
2. The Assam Cabinet has decided to name the upcoming electronics city at Jagiroad in honor of the visionary industrialist, Ratan Tata, as Ratan Tata Electronics City (RTEC), Jagiroad.
3. The Assam Cabinet has approved the establishment of a non-profit Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) called PAN-IIT Alumni Reach for Assam (PARAS) Foundation. The SPV will focus on building quality vocational education and skill development in the state.
4. The Assam Cabinet has approved a relaxation in the pre-qualification criteria of the PWD’s standard binding document to promote the participation of unemployed graduate and diploma engineers in Assam.
5. The Cabinet has approved the inclusion of engineering bamboo composite materials in the Schedule of Rates (SOR) for the Public Works Department (PWD) Building & National Highways (NH).

9. The Cabinet has approved 46 Nos. of Flood & Erosion Management projkects at cost of Rs.338 crore.
