The Directorate of Elementary Education Assam has released the DEE Assam New Notification 2024 for Assistant Teacher Vacancies in Upper Primary Schools in Assam.
On 27 December 2023, the Assam government issued an official notification for recruiting over 10,000 teaching vacancies in the education sector to fulfill the promise of providing 1 lakh jobs in the state. The vacancies include 1424 post-graduate teachers under the Directorate of Secondary Education Assam (DSE Assam), 7249 graduate teachers under the Directorate of Secondary Education Assam (DSE Assam), and 5550 assistant teachers- 1750 UP Teachers and 3800 LP Teachers under the Directorate of Elementary Education Assam (DEE Assam).
