Sainik School Admission 2024 Notification
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released an Notification regarding the Sainik School Admission in 33 Sainik Schools across the country for the forthcoming academic session 2024-25. Sainik School Goalpara Admission 2024-25 will be made through the All India Sainik School Entrance Exam 2024. So, the students wiishing to take admission at Sainik School need to clear the All India Sainik School Entrance Exam 2024.
As mentioned in the Sainik School Admission Notification 2023, the online application for All India Sainik School Entrance Exam 2024 has started on 7 November 2023 and the last date to apply is 16 December 2023. Students can apply for AISSEE 2024 at- https://www.sainikschooltvm.nic.in/ before the closing date.

Sainik Schools are english medium co-ed residential school affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education. Sainik Schools prepare cadets to join the National Defence Academy, Indian Naval Academy and other training academies for officers. All India Sainik School Entrance Exam 2024 AISSEE 2024 covers admission for the academic year 2024-25 for Class VI and Class IX of the Sainik Schools. Admission to Class VI and Class IX of the 33 Sainik Schools for the academic year 2024-25, is through a written exam called AISSEE 2024. Admission is based on the performance of candidates in the All-India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE).

AISSEE Eligibility Criteria
To appear in AISSEE Exam 2024 to get admission at Sainik Schools, students must need to meet the eligibility criteria.
For admission to Class VI
- A candidate must be between 10 and 12 years as on 31 March 2024 for admission to Class VI to the academic year 2024-25.
- Admission for Girls is open for Class VI, Age criteria is same as for boys.
For admission to Class IX
- A candidate should be between 13 and 15 years for admission to Class IX,
- Admission for Girls is open for Class IX, subject to availability of vacancies, Age criteriais same as boys.

AISSEE Application Fee
The students applying for All India Sainik School Entrance Exam 2024 mist need to pay an application fee. The category wise application fee has been shared below:

How to Apply AISSEE Exam 2024
As mentioned in the AISSEE 2024 Notification, to take admission inClass VI and IX at Sainik Schools students need to appear in AISSEE Exam 2024. Candidates can apply for AISSEE 2024 “Online” only on the website https://exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE/. The Application Form other than online mode will not be accepted.
As mentioned in the notification, only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Application form is common for admission to both Sainik Schools and approved New Sainik Schools. Fee as stated above is the same whether a candidate applies for Sainik Schools/approved New Sainik Schools or both.
Candidates must follow the instructions to complete the application process.
- Register online using unique Email ID and Mobile No.
- Fill in the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Application No.
Upload the following documents
- Scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph.
- Candidate’s Signature
- Candidate’s left-hand thumb impression.
- Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Caste/Community/ Category Certificate.
- Certificate of service (for Defence category-serving) and PPO for Ex- servicemen, if applicable.
- Certificate from the Principal certifying that the applicant is studying in the approved New Sainik School.
