- 100 marks on the percentage of marks in the BA Examination with the concerning language as one of the subjects or the highest degree in the language i.e. Pravin / Ratna Examination in case of Hindi Teacher or in Shastri Examination in case of Sanskrit Teacher.
- 100 marks on the percentage of marks in the HS final examination.
- 100 marks on the percentage of marks in B.Ed. final examination.
4. Criteria for Selection of Assistant Teacher (Arts and Science):
- 100 marks on the percentage of marks in the B.A/B.Com/B.Sc examination (in the case of Major/Hons, the marks obtained in Major/Hons shall be taken into consideration).
- 100 marks on the percentage of marks in the HS final examination.
- 100 marks on the percentage of marks in D.El.Ed. final examination.
Note: In all the above-mentioned categories of posts, for any other marks obtained in any other examinations and any other professional qualification not mentioned in the NCTE guidelines, the decision of Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, Assam will be final.
