During the first half, United Chirang Duar FC dominated the game with a score of UCDFC 2-1 KAMSFC. However, the tables turned in the second half as Karbi Anglong seized control and emerged as the champions with a final score of 5-3 in the 2023 ASPL.
This victory signifies KAMSFC’s second triumph in the ASPL, the first one being in 2015 prior to the tournament’s discontinuation.
After a span of 8 years, they have once again secured the title for two consecutive occasions. The Assam State Premier League 2023-24 Final took place in KASA Stadium, Diphu, on 8 January, at 5 PM.
