| Technical Officer – II / TO-II (JJM) | Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized university/ Institution.(with minimum 65% marks) | 1 year of experience in rural area development work is desirable. |
| Technical Officer SBM-G | Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized university/ Institution (with minimum 65% marks) | 1 year experience of degree holder and 2years experience of degree holder in rural development works. |
